Tap into your Company's

Leadership Potential

I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Child Development and Family Relations at the University of Arizona in 1989. After working out of Portland, Oregon and spending a year abroad in Israel, I continued my education and completed a Master’s in Social Work at Yeshiva University in New York City. In 1995 I moved to El Paso with my husband, where I was lucky to stay home for 10 years to raise my two daughters.

Dare To Lead

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead is an empirically based courage-building program designed to be facilitated by leadership professionals. The most significant finding from Dr. Brown’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. Certified Dare to Lead Facilitators focus on developing these courage-building skills through workshops, trainings and coaching to help individuals, teams and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.

The Points of YOU coaching game believes that everything: people, objects, situations, music, tastes…every little thing in life has countless points of view. The real challenge is to look at things from a new perspective, one that has been previously out of our sight. This method considers that change almost always starts when we are open and ready to take a chance and look at things from new viewpoints, new points of YOU. Being aware and fully present is the first step toward shifting our point of view, and in effect – toward personal, professional and organizational development.
